| The Franklin County Sheriff's Office has two Detectives which form its
Investigative Services Division.
Tim Chagnon is dedicated to the Northwest Unit for Special Investigations. This Detective works under the Special Prosecutor in the investigation and arrest of offenders in incidents of sexual assault, child abuse and neglect. It is a full time position and the Detective is based at the NUSI Office at 5 Lemnah Drive, St. Albans, VT. The Detective works directly from the Sheriff's Office located at 387 Lake Road in St. Albans. This is a full time position and the Detective serves at the direction of the Sheriff. The main priority is that of support to the Uniformed Services Division of the Office. Assistance is given to uniformed deputies in real-time investigations, as well as investigations developed from sources. |
