SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 03-16-07 at approximately 2125 hours I was
dispatched to a reported motor vehicle accident on Elm
Street in the Village of Enosburg Falls.  Upon arrival I
noticed the vehicle parked on the sidewalk but the operator
had left the scene.  Approximately 10 minutes later the
operator arrived back at the scene.  He was arrested and
charged with DUI.
