SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

At approximately 2300 on 03/02/07, I was dispatched to the
report of a burglary in progress on St Albans Road in the
Town of Swanton, Vt. Upon my arrival, I observed 3
subjects running south from the residence.  after coordinating 
with the FCSO, VSP, Swanton Village PD,
and Highgate Constable, A male was located. This male
made statements as to who was with him. all 4 subjects
named were issued flash citations to apear in Franklin
District Court.  During the investigation, it was learned that
the 4 wheeler that the subjects were on was stolen.

I would like to personally thank an alert citizen who saw
what was going on and was not afraid to get involved.
