SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

At approximately 1954 on 062506, Faulkner was stopped
on St. Armand Road for operating an ATV on a public
highway. It was suspected that Faulkner had been
consuming alcoholic beverages prior to operating a motor
vehicle and performed field sobriety testing. Faulkner
refused to continue with the testing, telling the deputy that
he didn’t agree with the testing and that the deputy was
aware that he was intoxicated. As Faulkner was being
taken into custody, he became aggressive and drew back
his fist as if to strike the deputy. Faulkner was taken into
custody, processed for DUI Refusal, and lodged for DUI
Refusal, Resisting Arrest and DLS. It was later discovered
that Faulkner had a BAC of .307% several hours later
when he was at the jail.
