SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On April 22 at approximately 2050 hours, we responded to
a one car motor vehicle accident in the area of Route 105,
east of the Dairy Center. Upon arrival while assisting with
securing the scene, a male began interfering with medical
personnel who were trying to attend to the operator of the
crash. The male was asked to leave by rescue and
refused. Several minutes later the individual again
interfered with the medical and rescue personnel and
when asked to leave by a fireman, started to throw
punches. The male was restrained and later released on a
citation for disorderly conduct.
