SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On April 9th at approximately 0122 hours, Deputy Emrich
stopped a vehicle on Route 128 at Brown’s River. Vehicle
was swerving in between the traveled lanes. When turning
from VT Route 104 onto Route 128, the vehicle crossed
into the opposite lane of traffic. Upon making contact with
the operator, a strong odor of intoxicants was detected.
The operator was arrested for suspicion of DUI. The
operator was later released on a citation.
