SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 040706 at approximately 1030 hours, Deputy
Kachajian was dispatched to the area of Route 7 in 
St. Albans near the Wendy’s Restaurant for a report of a two
car motor vehicle accident without injuries. Upon arrival on
scene both operators were located in the restaurant
parking lot. According to statements given to the deputy,
the operator of the Ford Windstar, Mr. Stous, rear ended
the operator of the Chrysler Town and Country van, Mr.
Tilley, while he was stopped in traffic. The cause of this
accident was determined to be driver inattention on the
part of Mr. Stous. No tickets were issued to either operator
involved in this accident. Both vehicles were driven from
the scene.
