SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

Received a complaint of a possible intoxicated driver that
nearly struck a child on a bicycle at the American Legion.
The witness stated that the accused was spinning her tires
and driving very fast. I contacted the operator and
processed the same for DUI based on my observations
and witness statements. The accused was cited into court
to answer to the listed charges.
