SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 03-28-06 at approximately 2324 hours, Sheriff’s Office
responded to a domestic on Rice Road. Upon arrival, the
victim was contacted who stated that Brandon had pushed
her around and cut her with a knife on her left hand.
Brandon was charged with First Degree Aggravated
Domestic Assault and lodged at NWSCF on $5,000.00
cash bail. A subsequent search of Cobb revealed that he
possessed controlled substances without a prescription
bottle.
