SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 03-24-06 at approximately 2211 hours I observed a
vehicle traveling east on Vermont Route 105. The vehicle
was swerving across the center line. I stopped the vehicle
and identified the operator. The operator was processed
for DUI and released with a citation to appear in VT District
Court at a later date.
