SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On Saturday, March 11, 2006 at approximately 2040
hours, a 1991 Chevrolet truck, operated by Jay Carruth
struck a telephone pole on Route 105 in the Village of
Richford, snapping the telephone pole in two and doing
substantial damage to the vehicle. Carruth was processed
for DUI and lodged at NWSCF for lack of $2,000.00 bail.
