SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 03-04-06 at approximately 0047 hours I observed a
vehicle off the east side of Vermont Route 118 at the
Perley Road intersection. I stopped to check on the
occupants. While speaking with the operator I could smell
an odor of intoxicants coming from his breath. The
operator was processed for DUI#2 and released on a
citation to appear in court at a later date.
