SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

Deputies responded to an apartment house in Swanton
where a domestic assault was taking place. Upon arrival it
was determined that Leduc was the primary aggressor and
he was taken into custody without incident. Statements
indicated that Leduc strangled the victim with her own
sweatshirt. Leduc was lodged at Northwest State
Correctional Facility for lack of $5,000.00 bail.
