SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

At 1100 hours on 02-24-06, Mr. Joshua Foltz was issued a
citation to appear in Vermont District Court on April 17th to
answer to the charge of disorderly conduct stemming from
a total disruption of a sophomore class meeting occurring
in the MVUHS theater. Mr. Foltz was released into the
custody of his mother.
