SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

At approximately 2311 hours, the Franklin County Sheriff's
Office responded to a vehicle off of the road on Orchard
Street in Enosburg. Upon arrival, Blazonis was found
standing at roadside and he appeared uninjured. After
speaking with Blazonis he was later taken into custody and
processed as a DUI suspect. Blazonis was processed and
it was determined his BAC was .138%. He was later
released with citation to appear in Franklin District Court to
answer to the charge of DUI 1st Offense.
