SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 02-16-06 at approximately 0121 hours I was traveling
on Vermont Route 105 in the Town of Enosburg. I came up
behind a green 1997 VW traveling west on VT Route 105. I
followed the vehicle for approximately ½ mile. During this
time I observed the vehicle cross over the center line 4
times. I stopped the vehicle and while speaking with the
operator I could smell an odor of intoxicants coming from
his breath. He was arrested and processed for DUI. He
was released on a citation to appear in VT District Court at
a later date.
