SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On February 12, 2006 at approximately 2030 hours, I was
monitoring traffic on Route 105 in the Town of Enosburg.
While monitoring, I observed a vehicle traveling east in
front of my cruiser. I activated my radar system and
observed a speed in excess of 70 mph. I traveled behind
the vehicle at that speed for approximately ½ mile. The
vehicle also crossed the center line a couple of times,
returning to its own lane of traffic. I engaged a motor
vehicle stop and identified the operator as Benjamin
Demag. When I approached the vehicle, I smelled the odor
of intoxicants. Demag was arrested and cited into court for
the charge of DUI.
