SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 02-02-06 at approximately 1818 hours, a red Toyota
Corolla was stopped on Route 104 by Steeple Market for
defective equipment. Upon speaking with the operator, a
strong smell of intoxicants was detected. The operator was
put through sobriety exercises and subsequently arrested
for driving under the influence. The operator was later
released on a citation.
