SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 01-29-06 I was monitoring traffic on West Enosburg
Road at approximately 1701 hours. I observed 2 ATVs
traveling north at a high rate of speed. Both ATVs pulled
into the parking lot of Ovitt’s Store. I made contact with the
operators. While speaking with the operators, I could smell
intoxicants coming from both of them. They were
processed for DUI and released on a citation to appear in
court at a later date.
