SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

Received a complaint from a passing motorist about a
white vehicle with a Progressive Auto Sales plate on the
front, doing E-Brake turns on Main Street in Enosburg. I
located a vehicle matching the description and made a
motor vehicle stop. The operator, Jamie Hurlbut, admitted
that she was the person doing the E-Brake turns. I could
smell an odor of intoxicants coming from her breath. She
was arrested and processed for DUI. She was released on
a citation.
