SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

This officer observed Pecor’s vehicle in the parking lot of
Mayhew’s Store even though all area businesses are
closed. The area is prone to underage drinking parties and
narcotics usage. During my investigation I discovered
Pecor to have consumed alcoholic beverages while being
in physical control of a motor vehicle. Pecor provided a
roadside test of .142% BAC and was transported to
Enosburg for DUI processing. In Enosburg, Pecor refused
the evidentiary test and was cited to appear for DUI
Refusal.
