SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 01-23-06 I was monitoring traffic on West Berkshire
Road in the Village of Enosburg Falls. I observed a green
Honda sedan traveling north at 43 MPH. This area is a
posted 25 MPH zone. I stopped the vehicle and the
operator verbally identified himself. When I asked for his
driver’s license, he told me that he did not have one. He
said that his license was suspended. He was arrested for
operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. He
was issued a citation to appear in court on March 6, 2006
and released.
