SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On January 18, 2006 the Sheriff’s Office was called to the
Bay Store located on Lake Road in St. Albans Bay,
Vermont. A store manager alleged that Lambert had taken
cash for herself from sales of merchandise at the store.
The subsequent investigation revealed that from
December of 2005 through January of 2006, Lambert had
taken several hundred dollars from that business. Lambert
was processed and released. Lambert is scheduled to
appear in Franklin District Court on March 20, 2006 to
answer to the charge of embezzlement.
