SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On January 10, 2006 at approximately 9:45pm, Diane
Martin was stopped for speeding on Route 7 in Swanton
Town. A DMV records check revealed that Martin’s
operator’s license was criminally suspended. Martin was
arrested and transported to the Sheriff’s Office where she
was processed, cited and released.
