SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On January 2, 2006 at approximately 6:15pm, I was
dispatched to a report of harassment involving the use of a
motor vehicle. I met with the complainant who stated that
Robert Mattison had attempted to run him off the road
earlier in the evening while he was driving home from
work. I obtained sworn statements from the complainant as
well as a witness. I attempted to locate Mattison, however,
I was unable to do so prior to the end of my shift. On
January 3, I received another complaint that Mattison had
attempted to run the complainant and his mother off the
roadway while his mother was driving him home from work.
Sworn statements were obtained and a BOL (Be-On-The-Lookout)
was issued for Mattison’s vehicle. Mattison and
his vehicle were located and he was subsequently cited to
appear in Franklin District Court. Mattison denied having
been involved in attempting to run the complainant off the
road.
