SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 01-02-06 at 1939 hours, I was on patrol in the Franklin
County area. I was conducting stationary radar on Route
36 in the Town of Fairfield. I clocked a vehicle traveling 65
MPH in a 50 MPH zone. Upon contact with the male I
detected the odor of intoxicants. The male consented to a
Preliminary Breath Test (PBT), that revealed a BAC of
.142%. The subject was placed into custody for DUI
without incident.
