SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On July 24, 2005 at approximately 11:30pm, Deputy Lynch
and I responded to a domestic assault incident which had
occurred on Stable Road in Fairfax. Dispatch advised that
the offender had left the residence and may have gone to
Burlington. I met with the victim at her residence, she
stated that her husband, John Bouvier, had assaulted her
using a baseball bat and fled the scene. After obtaining
statements from the victim and another witness, a 
be-on-the-lookout bulletin was put out to stop and cite 
Bouvier.
Bouvier was cited for domestic assault on 07-26-05 by
Burlington Police and is scheduled to appear in Franklin
District Court on 09-26-05.
