SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On July 16, 2005 I was stationary on Main Street in
Richford. I observed a vehicle driving south on the
wrong side of the road passing my location at a
very high rate of speed. Upon stopping the vehicle
and speaking with the operator, I observed a strong
odor of intoxicants inside the vehicle. The operator
refused roadside field sobriety exercises and also
refused a roadside breath test. I placed the male
into custody for DUI. The male later consented to a
breath test that revealed a BAC of .214%.
