US Border Patrol Agent Delacy and Agent Carnes both welcomed the 
Explorers for a tour of the US Border Patrol building.  A 
presentation was shown on recruiting for the Border Patrol.  
The film showed how the US Border Patrol work hard at keeping our 
borders safe.  The dispatch and indoor firing range were also toured.
Canine Bianka who has been working with Agent Carnes since Feb 
of 2002 showed her expertise in finding hidden drugs and 
concealed people.
