	Sheriff's Marijuana Investigation Team Effort
	S.M.I.T.E. is a seasonal program designed to eradicate marijuana. The program is typically most active during the summer months. Sheriff's use a variety of resources to accomplish their goals. These include, but are not limited to, over flights, informants, surveillance, and search warrants.
